Meaning of Oke Ite

Oke Ite is a type of ritual or charm that involves the mixture of different types of herbs, the sacrifice of animals and human parts or blood, all gathered in a mud pot and tied with a white garment and placed under fire, sometimes with the purpose of helping people to get money quickly. 

Oke Ite in Igbo. 

Oke is made up of two Igbo words, "Oke" and "Ite". Oke in Igbo means "male" and Ite in Igbo means "pot. This ritual practice also has a female category, which is Nne ite. Nne ite is also made up of two Igbo words, "Nne" and "ite". Nne means female or mother, and Ite means pot, as previously stated. 

Nne ite meaning

Nne ite is a get rich quick ritual practice that follows the same process as Oke ite, just that it is done for a female or mother. Hence, it is sometimes referred to as a female charm or mother charm. 

What is Oke ite Awele

Oke Ite in general can be referred to as Oke Ite Awele. 

Awele in Igbo means favour, unmerited favour or good things you never worked for coming your way. Therefore, oke ite awele, or oke ite charm, is known to bring favour for money-making and abundant wealth. It is believed to make people rich in a short period of time with little or no effort. 

In other words, Oke ite Awele is a blood money spell that the dibia do for people to help them have financial success in their field of practice.

This oke ite requires a human sacrifice for ritual effects. You owe him monthly white ram sacrifices for ritual perfection and obtaining what you seek(money) because it demanded human blood sacrifices. If it's done with a white ram, then a white ram must be slaughtered every month.

This oke ite chooses the person to take in his own will, in most cases it is always a relation to the one practicing it.

You don't need to be concerned about the individual he might arbitrarily take. You have no business with that. It's not your job to give these sacrificial lamb for oke ite awele white ram and other oke ite awele who need human blood sacrifices for ritual excellence. He is left to make his own decision. His focus, which is not you under any circumstances.

Although majority of the time, the sacrificial lamb relates to your own relatives.

You must be very careful to provide offerings on the same day each month to avoid becoming the lamb for the sacrifice. That is to say, if the ceremony was originally performed on March 3, you must do the subsequent rite on April 3. (continues every month). Never skip a day or a month of the ritual sacrifices.

Making sacrifice to Oke ite Awele white ram (human sacrifice)

It needs a temple (private room where only you have access to).

You must knock on the door each day before entering the space.

You must put on incense, white candle wax, nkwocha, and the white ram and human parts whenever you intend to make sacrifices.

You can choose to visit the room once a month since the ritual is performed on the same day every month.

• Ọke ike Awele White Ram (No human blood sacrifices)

Awele White Ram without Human Blood Sacrifices doesn't ask for Human Organs During Preparation. As a result, it cannot demand further requests for human blood offerings. For this reason, unlike the others who demanded the sacrifice of human beings, it only uses White rams and nothing else. 

This oke ite awele can be kept in your room (unlike others). It allows another person to enter. If you decide to keep the awele inside your chamber, it must face the doorway because it is a success-attracting spirit that leaves the room and returns at the owner's command.

Women are not permitted to touch it, especially while on their menstrual cycle. Be careful when sweeping.

Avoid touching or using the broom on its body when sweeping. Nobody should cross the oke ite awele.

It should hang somewhat from the wall instead of touching the floor.

(For safety and to ensure quality services, keep it in a private room.) Your regular monthly offerings are due with a white ram. Additionally, Leghorn white hen is accepted in this ritual. The white chicken can be utilized for rituals other than the monthly sacrifices.

• Oke ite Awele Black Dog, also known as Oke it Awele Nkita Oji

This is the most potent of the awele, thus it can't be done within oku but oke ite. It draws money like a river!

Every month, a black dog, similar to the White Ram, completes and renews it (all details given in the oke ite White ram are applicable here).

Here, the animal is what is different. This can be done in a similar manner to how you might construct a private room that prevents visitors from entering WHITE RAM AWELE. 

This oke ite should only be seen by you and you alone. Because of this, a private temple is necessary (private room). If someone else accidentally sees it, the person can not come out of the room alive.

Oke ite is a bad charm and ritual, it will destroy your life and that of your loved ones.

Other types of Oke ite Awele are:

• Oke Ite Awele Black Pussy Cat (Oke Ite Awele Nwamba Oji)
• Oke Ite Awele White Duck (Oke Ite Awele Obogwu Ocha)

They follow the same process of ritual with other types of Oke ite explained above just the animal used is the difference.

Preparing Oke ite 

How to prepare Oke ite

Here, a clay pot is employed. You must use nzu to make small marks on the clay pot's top inside the local pot (signs signifying the front). Because Oke ite Awele preparation necessitates excellent knowledge to aid ritual outcomes, this is essential. To do oke ite awele requires a great diba for this reason.

None of the things should be arranged so that one is facing backward while the other is facing forward. The entire time, they must face one direction.

When this is finished on the first day of being eke, for instance, it takes four market days to complete.

In other words, during these four Igbo market days, several potent spiritual objects are blessed and placed inside.

Depending on the diba, he or she may choose to perform the exercises while undressed each time they are about to be placed in the oku or oke ite. That is to say, he needs to take the necessary time to obtain the materials each day, and his job when he gets home is to prepare them.

After finishing the preparation, he sacrifices a white ram each day, possibly every day to the gods and goddesses of the day.

When performing oke ite on someone, if they don't already have a chi temple and one is required because of their chi, they must do so before the ritual exercise (awele settings).

The initiation takes place during this time because the ceremony (iwake awele) is crucial and also the most significant aspect of the activity. The oke ite awele must now keep an eye on his owner at this point.

Based on the type of oke ite awele performed, a White ram is sacrificed as appropriate.

Why oke ite is very deadly is because if you miss any single step in conducting the ritual, it may cause your death or sanity.

Oke ite is a bad and deadly charm. 

Your life may be cut short, you may run mad, you may become blind or impotent, and it may also claim the lives of those you love.

The sacrifice will start with Animals till it reaches a level where it will be demanding human sacrifice but your dibia will not tell you this.

By then who will you bring?

If not your mother, it will be your father or your brother/sister or your wife or your children. Failure to sacrifice a human blood to the oke ite will cost your own life.

Oke Ite ritual and sacrifice follows steps that you must not make mistakes on. Any mistake can lead to death or insanity. When any of you family or friends see oke ite that was not meant to be seen by others, that person can not make it out of the room alive and in the situation where the person luckily came out alive, know that you are dead.

If the dibia that is performing the ritual for you suddenly die, it is of high chance that you will also die soon because you will start missing the ritual due to ignorant of the ritual process.

Run from oke ite, it is a deadly ritual and charm.
